Superstar of the Millennium Amitabh Bachchan never fails to surprise us with his on-screen get-ups in film after film. While he keeps re-inventing his look as per the need of the character, if need arises he may even repeat some of his popular and classic characters' looks. Case in point: Amitabh Bachchan's celebrated look in the evergreen number 'Ke Pag Ghunghroo Bandh Meera' from the film Namak Halal is still fresh in our minds and guess what Big B will be seen once again in a similar avatar in Eros International's Aladin.Mr. Bachchan will be seen grooving to a peppy number called 'O Re Sawariya' in Aladin in a similar kind of white kurta and pink pagadi which he once donned in the cult classic Namak Halal. In this sequence, Jacqueline's character (Jasmine) is trying to woo Riteish (Aladin) while Amitabh Bachchan (Genius- The Genie) keeps popping into the scene at various points. Says director Sujoy Ghosh, "We had no intentions of repeating his look from Namak Halal. It is purely a coincidence but it definitely shows how the actor has impacted our minds over the years through his cult performances." Talking of the song, Sujoy adds, "' O Re Sawariya' is a fun filled number and Mr. Bachchan has added an extra charm to it with his unique style and unbeatable energy. We had a great time filming this song and I am sure audiences will love it too". The song is picturised on Mr. Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh & Jacqueline Fernandes and choreographed by Bosco Ceaser and Saroj Khan. The music is composed by by Vishal and Shekhar. Produced by Eros International in association with Sujoy Ghosh's production company Boundscript, Aladin.is a contemporary look at the classic fairy tale packed with fun, music, masti, action and adventure. The film is expected to arrive in theatres this Diwali.
